I have used Super Brothers twice in the past month. First, I had a clogged sink, so I called around and Super Brothers had a reasonable price and were able to come out quicker than everyone else. Since they were able to complete that job quickly, we called them again when our water heater went out to get a quote on a new one. Compared to the other, they were $700 cheaper for a new gas water heater. And again they were able to come out the next day(Sunday)! They were able to complete the job in 2 hours. I really appreciate their convenience, would refer them to anyone and would use again!

We are SO pleased with this company! We got a RIDICULOUS $3000 quote from another company to fix our shower cartridge, so I reached out to Super Brothers to see what they would charge because Google says it should only cost between $200 and $400. They quoted me $285 plus the part, and that's exactly what they charged after finishing the job. They didn't feed us BS about needing to replace pipes and all that, or jack the price up after showing up in person. They came right on time and fixed it quickly. They also gave us 2 gift cards for future use with them if we should need them to come back and fix anything, and a little notebook. We will definitely use them in the future!

We had our new heat pump HVAC system installed in 1 day! Nik and Artem did a great job and cleaned up nicely. A special shout out to Dimitar who led us through the entire process, explaining the systems workings and helping us set up the online interface on our cell phone. He did above and beyond work.

We’ve called on Super Brothers a few times for smaller fixes to our aging HVAC, and when we asked them last spring about replacing with a heat pump they gave us the information and politely left us alone (rather than calling us incessantly like some other companies). Finally, when we were ready to go for it this past month they quickly provided full quotes with options, addressed our questions, came back out to discuss a water heater as well, and when we signed the contract they were ready to go the next week! They had all the work done in one day, and we couldn’t be happier! They installed the full heat pump system, relocated the water heater, taped all of the vents to prevent heat and air leakage all in ONE DAY! When we had questions, they came back out to explain the system with us, and we are no 100% PG&E free! They cleaned every thing up, took away all the old appliances, and the system works like a charm. Thank you Super Brothers!

I have used Super Brothers twice now and both times their service has been excellent. Reasonable time to appointment, quick diagnostics, and reasonable options for their excellent level of expertise. Helped me with a leaky toilet and then with a pesky HVAC that would not heat. They did not try to push additional services and were direct and to the point. Appreciate their expertise.

My water heater broke down Friday night and I struggled to find someone to look at it over the weekend on such short notice. I got super lucky and a technician was nearby. They were here and had my water heater back up and running in less than a hour. Great service and pricing. Thanks so much Super Brothers, my family really appreciates your efforts!
